2012 was undoubtedly a year full of experiments for everyone – right from fashion statements to beauty products; styles and inspirations never ceased to shuffle all through this year. What’s more? I for one, started letting go of my inhibitions and donning bright shades. Here are three of my favourite lip tints from 2012:

Of all the beauty queens that come, go and over a period of time manage to reign the Hindi film industry, there are very few of them who truly win our hearts, even for a filmi like me! What’s more? There are even fewer ones who show up at events looking more like themselves and less like their western counterparts – these are the ones that manage to retain their charisma through the years! Be it Madhuri Dixit Nene who has maintained her dhak dhak charm, or Sushmita Sen who always kept her diva mehboob mere self in the positive public light – so this one’s a tribute to the three Bollywood female actors who are presently on the top of my list for their sense of fashion, style & above all – self!

Bollywood’s very own Fashion Queen has left no stone unturned to prove her (wardrobe) points. Junior Kapoor may have been written off one or two odd times for her clothing, but majority of us would choose to go with her on a private shopping trip – including me!

This sporty lass has gone way beyond what was expected out of her, and the way she’s grown into a natural on-screen personality has been a treat to watch for fans like us! She openly talks about her former relationship with Ranbir Kapoor and claims to have no fear in speaking her mind; and to top it off? This hottie knows how to look better with each passing event or award ceremony!
